Come and create your own ceramic masterpieces using various techniques including the Potter’s wheel, slab and coil methods.

Be guided by an experienced potter, Ms. Hill, who has been working with clay for the past 9 years.

She has been under the guidance of Mr Harold Takayesu since 2001. In 2006 she started teaching pottery at the Japanese Cultural Center and has been expanding her knowledge and experience through a range of advanced courses and specialty instruction ever since. The most recent being Advanced Raku Glazing / Firing at the Haliburton School of Art.

You will be instructed and encouraged throughout this exciting course and can make your own bowls, plates, vases and sculptures. Do not delay enrolling for this popular class as openings are limited.
