Tai Chi

(Taken from Wikipedia) Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. It is also typically practiced for a variety of other personal reasons: its hard and soft martial art technique, demonstration competitions, and longevity. Some training forms are especially known for being practiced at what most people categorize as slow movement.

Tai Chi is a slow and gentle exercise that can be modified to any level of fitness or ability.

Currently our open classes are  Monday & Wednesday mornings in the Small Gym from 10:00 am-11:30 am.

Please wear comfortable clothing and a pair of indoor shoes (not street shoes) or bare feet if you wish.
