Yoga

The CJCC is happy to offer two different styles of yoga, on two different evenings. As with other programs, free parking is available in front and back of the building.

Wednesday classes: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

In our practice of Hatha yoga, we use breath, poses & movement, and meditation for our well-being in different levels. Beginners are welcomed! Please bring a yoga mat. Upon arrival, please fill in a waiver form. No registration is required. Changes and cancellations will be posted on Facebook “Yoga at CJCC

Friday classes: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Flow style yoga (Vinyasa yoga) for everyone. Vinyasa Yoga connects one posture to the next using the breath. Great practice to develop balanced body & aliments. Also, it can help to reduce stress, and chronic pain. Many variations of postures are available for each body. Just come and try it. All you need is a yoga mat!

First 2 times are free.

Prices:

Both classes have the same prices. However, please note that the classes are run independently, so passes are only good for either the Wednesday sessions or the Friday sessions, but not both.

CJCC member price:  $7 per class; $70 for 11 class pass

Non-member price:  $8 per class; $80 for 11 class pass

Annual CJCC membership fee, good for all CJCC activities: $30 Single, $50 Family, $20 Seniors
