Tea Ceremony Classes

Omotsesenke style tea ceremony introductory lesson.

We will all be fully vaccinated.

We will have temperatures taken on arrival and recorded.

We will answer screening questions and sign a waiver.

We will wear a mask

We will wash our hands on entry to the building.

We will bring a pair of white socks or tabi to wear during the class.

You may sit in a chair

You may bring a kimono to show the sensei but she will not wear kimono for this introductory class.

We will have zoom classes in the future but the teacher would like to encourage you to come to this introductory lesson. She will have some material to distribute.

Class fees are $30.00 for zoom class

$50.00 for each in person class.

All participants must be CJCC members and registration forms are available at the first class.

Class will be once a month to start and we can discuss when it is best to have classes. Classes are approximately 45 minutes long but may be longer.

The teacher is traveling from Mississauga. We hope you can join us and we are looking forward to seeing you all.
